DataDrill is currently seeking an entry-level Support Center Technician.
*** This position requires full-time presence at the office in Calgary, AB, Canada. Remote workers are not applicable for this role. ***
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills:

3) Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
4) Punctuality and Flexibility (predictable day shifts and occasional paid on call after hours are required)
5) Ability to re-prioritize and multi-task as needed
6) Great phone manners and patience with those less technical than you
Job Description:
A DataDrill Support Center Technician will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Building and Testing Laptop Packages and associated peripherals
- Documenting information accurately when taking new orders and booking service calls.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients. This takes place over the phone, through remote connections, or occasionally in person at the office
- Work as a team with other departments, with impeccable attention to detail when passing info
- Able to work any day of the week, between 6am – 9pm weekdays & 7am – 7pm weekends. Shifts are on a rotating schedule.
- Share an after-hours On Call rotation (paid overtime) with other team members
