Mamava Manufacturing, located in Springfield, VT, produces the companies’ product line of Lactation Pods which are packaged for assembly at the customer’s location. Industries served include Military + Government, Healthcare, Education, Office Spaces, Public Venues, Manufacturing and Distribution facilities.
Administrative Assistant – Springfield, VT location
The Administrative Assistant will assist all areas of manufacturing including Production, Purchasing, and Logistics. This position is 20 hours per week and reports to the Production Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:

Preparation of production folders.

Upkeep of historical records.
-
Receipt of purchased goods.
-
Prepare and package parcels for shipping.

Assist with office equipment maintenance.

Assist with special events as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Demonstrated prior work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Docs).

Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems preferred.

Willingness to learn about the product and communicate effectively with regard to the product.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized and process driven.
-
Flexible attitude and willingness to work in different departments when necessary.
-
The ability to work with team members with varying backgrounds and responsibilities.
