Customer Service Representative
NatureKast Weatherproof Cabinetry manufactures the finest in weatherproof outdoor kitchen cabinets with the look and feel of real wood. The company prides itself on manufacturing a unique product which provides comfort, style and unrivaled longevity in addition to providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Located in St. Catharines, Ontario, the Company is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR)! The role is in the office, Monday to Friday, and is a new addition to our team!

What Will You Be Doing?
- Be the face and voice of the Company by representing the brand with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle all customer calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses to their inquiries or concerns.
- Proactively handle customer concerns and complaints by actively listening, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with relevant departments to provide effective solutions that maintain customer satisfaction.
- Process and track customer orders efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are accurate and up to date for timely fulfillment.
- Act as an internal liaison between the Company, the customer and all Company departments.
- Work collaboratively with external contacts to ensure orders are handled properly, and all inquiries are addressed.
- Support customers and sales team with general and technical product inquiries.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and contributing to a customer-centric company culture.
- Other duties as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
What Will You Bring?
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service role or B2B setting
- Post-secondary education, preferably in the Administration field or related
- General understanding of rendering layouts is an asset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and procedures
- Capacity to learn quickly, retain information and be willing to assist in various areas of customer service
- Willingness to embrace changing priorities
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
