Position Summary:
The Marketing Intern reports directly to the Marketing Partnership & Social Media Manager and supports general social media and communication efforts within the Marketing team.
This is a part-time (9-10 hours/week), paid summer internship. The role is based in our Burlington, VT office.
Responsibilities:
Social Media
-
Monitor Mamava’s Instagram and TikTok accounts

Identify relevant social media trends
-
Comment on relevant social media posts
-
Film social media videos with the marketing team as needed

Archive relevant social media posts and stories
Marketing Communications
-
Manage outside inquiries in CRM
-
Assemble gift packages and event swag as needed
Public Relations
-
Support PR requests for pod data
Qualifications:
-
Social media experience required
-
CRM experience desired (ie. Hubspot or Salesforce)

Experience with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
-
Ability to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy

Enthusiasm, creativity and a desire to learn

Strong administrative skills
