Mamava Manufacturing produces the company’s product line of Lactation Pods which are packaged for assembly at the customer’s location. Industries served include Military + Government, Healthcare, Education, Office Spaces, Public Venues, Manufacturing and Distribution facilities.
Position Summary
The Demand Generation Manager reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and leads the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that fuel pipeline growth, product adoption, and engagement. This role combines performance-driven campaign planning with hands-on marketing operations and website optimization. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong bias toward action and results.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation

Build and execute multi-channel campaigns to support product launches, sales initiatives, and engagement goals.

Develop lead capture flows, email nurture journeys, and campaign landing pages to support the full funnel.

Own and optimize core marketing metrics including pipeline contribution, CAC, QLs, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Collaborate closely with Sales to align on funnel strategy and optimize lead quality and velocity.
Marketing Operations

Own the marketing automation platform and CRM integrations, ensuring accurate data tracking, lead routing, and segmentation.

Implement attribution modeling and campaign performance dashboards to measure ROI and inform decisions.

Streamline campaign operations and ensure data hygiene across platforms.
Website + Digital Experience

Ensure the website effectively supports GTM initiatives, demand campaigns, and resource delivery to B2B prospects and end users.

Monitor and optimize site performance through SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
GTM Execution

Partner with the Chief Marketing Office (strategy) and others on the marketing team to operationalize GTM strategy, bringing new product and feature launches to market with compelling campaigns.

Work cross-functionally with the Design Director and Content Director to develop creative assets and messaging for demand programs.

Contribute to sales enablement initiatives by delivering campaign insights, feedback loops, and performance data.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience in demand generation, marketing automation, and campaign execution.

Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and campaign performance tools.

Familiarity with Macs and Google Suite preferred

Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns and optimizing for performance metrics.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a data-driven mindset.

Experience collaborating across departments and managing external vendors.
