Team Leader PM (production)
Responsibilities
-Manage team of order pickers/ Associates and distribute the tasks;
-Ensure the respect of deadlines;
-Manage productivity and quality of work of the team;
-Suggest and implement creative solutions to problems;
-Ensure the inventory and orders some items in department (eg boxes, ice packs, packaging etc.)
-Identify training needs of employees under supervision;
-Collaborate and communicate frequently with other Team Leaders;
-Participate in weekly management meetings;
-Act according and promote Occupational health and safety as well as Food Safety at all time;
-Other related duties.
Qualifications
High school diploma completed;
Bilingual (Fr/En);
1 year experience in manufacturing and or food industry;
Experience in management/team leader role; (a plus)
Comfortable with computer softwares like Microsoft office;
Detail and customer oriented;
Strong communication skills;
Sens of responsibilities;
Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (0-10 degrees)
MAPAQ certification (a plus);
Schedule:
Friday to Tuesday 15h-23h
