Personal Assistant
We’re looking for an organized, ambitious and energetic person that loves helping others to join us as a personal assistant. We need someone who would like nothing more than to spend their days helping a young entrepreneur stay organized and and on top of her day to day life. This is your client and your goal is to help make her more successful. As the fourth member of our team, you’ll own a wide variety of tasks to support the CEO and the business to succeed.
In this role, no two days will be the same! You’ll find yourself all over Toronto providing assistance to your client - at her home or office - with scheduling, housekeeping, errands, research, travel planning, events, email, and much more.
From book-keeping to cleaning bathrooms, building IKEA furniture, babysitting and buying groceries — you’ll be the go-to person. For you, no task is too big or too small. You’ll also be encouraged to always be thinking of fun thoughtful ways to do the unexpected and make everyone’s day just that little bit better.
Expect this role to be both fun and challenging. You need to be the type of person that is obsessed with organizing your schedule in order to successfully handle requests and track your time. You love technology and learning new tools, and you have a knack for it. This job would be a great fit for someone interested in learning more about business and entrepreneurship, since you’ll see the ins and outs of a successful entrepreneur’s life first hand.
Are you up for it? If you think you have what it takes, we’d love to hear from you!
