Corporate Recruiting Manager
Our client is looking for a Corporate Recruiting Manager to work out of their Edison, NJ office.
Successful candidates will have opportunity to manage a team of 4-6 Corporate Recruiters to hire mid and senior level professionals to support their growth plan.
The Corporate Recruiting Manager will partner with Managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the departments and deliver. The Corporate Recruiting Manager will play a critical role in hiring the best possible talent.
This is a strategic role in supporting their aggressive growth plan.
Responsibilities:
-As a Corporate Recruiting Manager, candidate will devise hiring strategy and run the recruitment process.
-Discuss future talent needs of various departments and proactively recruit, source and develop talent pool.
-Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
-Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
-Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
-Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
-Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.
-Manage recruiting through several different mediums including, but not limited to:
-Internet based job boards (Careerbuilder.com, Monster.com, etc.)
-Active role based internet recruiting (resume databases, LinkedIn, etc.)
-Employee and personal referrals
-Telephone contacting
-Traditional and non-Traditional methods
-Distribute, collect, & interpret personality, skills and sales based tests
-Communicate testing results and interpretations to managers
-Develop and execute a personal time management plan.
Requirements:
-Ability to manage a diverse dynamic team to achieve company staffing needs
-Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding of and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff
-4 year degree from a recognized college or university
-Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
-Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Attention to detail and the ability to work under short deadlines to fill multiple positions
-Strong PC Skills. (Outlook, Internet, MSWord and Excel)
