We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to become an integral part of our team at our Regina location.  If you want to work in a dynamic team environment and you excel when being trusted with responsibility, then Westburne is the place for you.

The Warehouse Manager is a hands-on candidate who will lead one or more of the following sub-processes such as preparing and validating customer orders; selecting; packing; shipping goods and billing customers.  The Warehouse Manager may also be responsible for other relevant processes, such as handling product returns as well as receiving, verification and stock replenishment.  He/she is accountable for meeting the Company’s KPIs and customer service standards.

• Maintain a consistent high level of customer service and safety


• Administer workflow and preparing work schedules of team members to meet customer service demands.  


• Be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the physical inventory


• Monitor and maintain warehouse KPI benchmarks


• Provide an environment of team culture and continual improvement 


• Train employees on proper processes and sub-processes as determined by the District Operations Manager.  These will include proper equipment usage, material handling and maintenance.


• Ensure areas of responsibility are well maintained, productive and in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.


• Review variance and corrective action reports for specific areas of responsibility, offering solutions to ensure set levels of productivity and customer service are achieved.


• Make recommendations for purchase of new warehouse equipment and machinery as needed.


• Discuss disciplinary action of the team members with senior management.


• Ensure that all health and safety measures are followed.

Who Are You

• Grade 12 education or equivalent


• Exceptional leadership and time management skills


• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a comparable supervisory role within a Distribution Centre.


• Knowledgeable and experienced in Lean methodology


• Knowledgeable and experienced in 6S methodology


• Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.


• Ability to operate reach and lift trucks.


• Knowledgeable and experienced with Health and Safety practices within a Distribution Centre.
