What You Will Do With Us

As the Quotation Manager based in Edmonton, you will be in direct contact with customers, inside and outside sales force, is responsible to assess the requirements of the job and determine the best possible price for the customer and the company to generate a lucrative customer base.

How You Will Thrive With Us

• You will obtain and analyze quote requests from contractors and sales representatives. 


• You will overlook specifications and determine if lighting and distribution requirements are achievable and profitable to the company. 


• You will maintain contact with contractors to introduce products, available services and build a lucrative business relationship.


• You will apply organizational policies and assure adherence to implemented procedures at all levels.


• You will provide training for employees within the department.


• You will maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.


• You will complete closing sheets on all quoted jobs. Evaluate job closing lost to determine status and compare price ranking with competitors. Ensure job bids are received within specified deadlines.


• You will maintain a positive work climate through motivation and morale building at all levels.


• You will provide direction, coaching and leadership to direct reports.


• You will analyze bid proposals to ensure competitive pricing and contracts are developed to generate a client base. Negotiate pricing terms with suppliers to ensure a competitive edge over products.


• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Who Are You

• You have a Community College education plus a minimum of three (3) years of related experience in the industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience.


• You have product knowledge of the electrical business is a definite asset


• You have proficiency with Microsoft Office products.


• You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills


• You have prior quotations experience in a similar industry
