HAPPINESS HERO (aka Lunch Program Coordinator & Brand Ambassador)
Permanent Part Time (Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm), In Person, Calgary AB
No experience necessary! This role is in-person at our Calgary, AB headquarters, providing stellar support to our Experience & Administration Teams. You’ll take care of the little things so they can take care of the big things - they can’t do it without you!

A DAY IN THE LIFE - YOUR ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow Righteous Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices and Food Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures
Lunch Program Coordinator
-
Oversee the daily lunch program, including creating meal plans, coordinating ingredient/grocery orders, managing dietary requirements, preparing delicious and healthy meals in an efficient manner, all within budget and ensuring timely service.

Maintain the cafe & lunch area, ensuring it is stocked, clean, and ready for team members to enjoy their meals.

Communicate with accounts payable, track invoices, and manage budgets related to the lunch program.

Organize special team meals and events, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently.
Brand Ambassador & Fan Experience

Be the face of Righteous, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and brand personality.

Share the Righteous story, educating fans on our products, mission, and commitment to quality.

Lead HQ tours, guide tastings of our full range of flavors, and, best of all, help fans create their own custom flavor. Bring our space to life with engaging storytelling and a focus on delivering an unforgettable experience.

Support community initiatives and events by coordinating logistics, managing sign ups, and ensuring smooth execution.

Assist with marketing events, trade shows, and activations by preparing materials, setting up displays, and providing on site support.
-
Assistant in handling any new incoming inquiries, whether in person, via email, or over the phone, with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Administrative Support
-
Own the phones! (and the door :) Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors during your shifts.
-
Assist with the execution of sales and marketing campaigns by handling administrative tasks, updating tracking sheets, and supporting project management.

Assist in maintaining an up to date inventory of promotional materials, ensuring trade show kits, branded merchandise, and marketing collateral are well stocked.

Assist in coordinating shipping and receiving of marketing materials, product samples, and event supplies.
-
Support the team with small administrative tasks, hanging pictures, taking care of laminating supplies, managing mail, meeting coordination, and other administrative duties as needed.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?
TOP SKILLS: Meal Planning/Budgeting, Cooking, Attention to Detail, Organization, Prioritization, Execution with Excellence, Communication, Customer Service
KNOWLEDGE:

Technologically savvy. Not afraid of new apps and platforms

Proficient in GSuite, Google Drive, Mac OS and iOS

Nice to have, but not required:

Administrative or Events Experience

Cafe or Barista Experience

Food Safe Certificate & ProServe

Knowledge of or experience in CPG
ABILITIES & TRAITS:

Proactive with a demonstrated eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple functions/projects while meeting deadlines
- Available to work a fixed, part-time schedule, and open to covering if needed for an occasional evening or weekend
