Join our team as an IT Services General Manager!
The IT Services General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT as a service industry, leadership skills, and the ability to manage both customer relationships and internal teams. The General Manager will work closely with various departments, including technical support, sales, finance, and human resources, to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic goals, lead and mentor cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence through process improvements and best practices.
- Business Development & Client Management: Identifies growth opportunities, builds / maintains client relationships, oversees client contract execution, and ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Operational Management: Ensures efficient IT service delivery, manages team resources (e.g., tools, training, support), implements / maintains monitoring systems, and oversees disaster recovery plans ensuring rapid recovery in case of any interruptions.
- Financial Performance: Oversees financial operations, including profit and loss, budgeting, and forecasting, monitors key performance indicators to meet revenue and profitability targets, and identifies cost control measures to enhance profitability.
- Compliance & Security: Ensures compliance with data security standards and regulations, stays updated on cybersecurity trends, and implements protocols to protect client data.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to develop client acquisition strategies, supports sales cycles with technical insights and service recommendations, and ensures service offerings are effectively marketed and aligned with customer needs.
- Technology & Innovation: Stays informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, fosters innovation by recommending and implementing new tools to enhance service delivery, and collaborates with the technical team to ensure competitive, cutting-edge service offerings.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Degree in Business Administration.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in the MSP/IT as a Service industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Proven success in managing P&L and driving financial growth in service-based organizations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ITSM tools and platforms.
- Strong customer service orientation and client relationship management skills
