Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR / Payroll Coordinator to manage the administrative aspects of Payworks and support workflow optimization, form creation, performance management processes, and overall HR Administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly meticulous, with strong organizational skills and experience in Payworks or similar systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an administrator for Payworks, managing workflows, forms, and system settings.
- Act as a back-up on payroll processing.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of goal-setting and performance management modules within Payworks.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and streamline workflows and administrative processes.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date employee records in Payworks.
- Generate reports and provide system insights to support decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Payworks-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Provide training and support to team members on using Payworks features.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Support the payroll function as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to Payworks or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge of workflow and form creation within payroll or HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience in goal-setting and performance management systems is an asset.
